Responsibilities:

• Perform product planning, research, market analysis and generate new product concepts
• Supervise the team on daily basis in product design and development activities from concept to production stage
• Provide direction, guidance to team mates to meet timely deliveries and control the quality
• Collaborate with development teams in HK, China, US and EU

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Product Design or related disciplines
• Creative, Diligent and with strategic mindset about product design
• At least 10+ years hands on design experience preferably in hard toys
• A keen interest in toys and/or educational products
• Good in design software such as AI, PS etc
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Work independently and under tight schedules
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to Mainland China is required
• At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in toy industry
