Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the P & L and business development of online sales platform
- Manage sales performance and operation of e-commerce platform, including online product listing and maintenance, content development and management, pricing, marketing & promotions, and order fulfillment
- Optimize online store journey, maximize visitor’s engagement and their conversion rate
- Manage a team to drive digital marketing performance (in terms of traffic, session, visitor, member acquisition, ROAS, App usage, revenue and etc.) across Social Media, SEO, SEM, Advertising, Content and Direct Marketing, Partnership, etc.
- Initiate and execute the innovative strategies, content creation, and engagement initiatives across various online and offline channels
- Conduct market research for internal and external campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, with a focus on marketplace platforms; experience in 3rd marketplace platforms, such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and HKTVmall, is an advantage
- Proven record in dealing with local media / influencers / bloggers and maintaining the Social Media platforms; hands-on experience in paid digital media landscape in Mainland China Baidu, WeChat, Weibo and Xiaohongshu
- Self-motivated with a high level of urgency and execution
- Basic knowledge in Meta Business, Google Analytics and Power BI
- A good team player with creative, detail-mind and analytical mindset
- Can-do attitude with growth and winning mindset
