Hong Kong – VTech Holdings Limited (HKSE: 303) today announced that its Learning Lodge® has been re-opened with the resumption of key functions. Customers of Learning Lodge connected products, with the exception of InnoTV™/Storio®TV, InnoTab®/Storio® MAX and some other products, are now able to securely register accounts for new products, manage their existing accounts, and change their passwords. The Learning Lodge app store has also resumed service. Except for those of InnoTV/StorioTV, InnoTab/Storio MAX and some other products, customers can now download content appropriate to their products, including games, e-books, videos and more from the Learning Lodge app store.
Learning Lodge access for InnoTV/StorioTV, InnoTab/Storio MAX and some other products is expected to resume in February. We are also working hard to resume the Kid Connect service as soon as we can. “After the cyber attack, we have focused on further strengthening security around user registration information and other services within Learning Lodge.
