Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the Group and oversea subsidiaries
• Managing and liaising with outside counsels as required
• Provide legal advice to business units on the overall business and operational matters, including agreements and documents review, dispute resolutions
• Provide legal advice to facilitate compliance with applicable international and local laws, rules and regulations concerning the Group's business activities, products safety, and enhance corporate policies
• Provide support in structuring and negotiating with external parties on corporate deals and M&A transactions

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitors in Hong Kong with at least 8 years post-qualification experience in commercial law, litigation, and listing compliance gained in multinational corporate environment and/or listed company
• Strong legal and analytical skill with good business sense, able to work in a team
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferable
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
