Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Energy Saving Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IECQ QC 080000 and ISO 50001 requirements respectively
- Organize discussions with relevant departments to improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Energy Saving Management System
- Plan, organize and perform internal audits for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Energy Saving Management System
- Review and follow up on the corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety as well as Energy Saving Management System relevant training
- Liaise with external parties such as customers, certification bodies, consultants, etc
- Perform any reasonable tasks assigned by Supervisors
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Engineering or any related disciplines, degree holder or above is a plus
- Minimum one-year relevant experience in Quality Management System (EG ISO 9001)
- Completed recognized Quality Management System training
- Experience in Environmental (EG ISO 14001)/ Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001) Management System is a plus
- Experience in performing Internal Quality/Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety management system Audit is a plus
- Experience in establishing Quality/Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety management System is definitely an advantage
- Completed recognized Environmental/Occupational Health and Safety management System training is a plus
- Factory experience is a must. EMS experience is highly preferable
- Good work attitude, proactive, responsible and with team spirit. Require fairness, impartiality and selflessness in personality, with good communication skill
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel frequently
