Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager to work on content creation and updates for official website & conduct the relative UAT if needs
  • Align with social media agency for the content creation and manage relative customer responses if needs
  • Support on the consolidation & creation of social media report across all markets
  • Execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Support the manager to execute, review and upload the A+ content for e-commerce channels across markets.
  • Prepare creative and write-up for content marketing/ online promotion/ digital campaign;
  • Support the team on handling customer reviews across official and e-retailers channels if need.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business analytics, e-Commerce or other related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years relevant experience in digital marketing or analytics prospective;
  • Experience in e-Commerce platform operations & social media management is preferable;
  • Work Experience in any digital agencies or consultant company is preferable;
  • Able to be independent, multi-tasking working and with project management skillset
  • Willing to proactively communicate within the team and attentive to details;
  • Fluent writing and communication skills and good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
