Responsibilities

• To lead a team of product quality engineers and IQC team to carry out daily operation and to work on quality failure analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects
• To develop and maintain our product quality policy to comply by countries and retailor safety, labelling and environmental-friendly requirement
• To drive change to enhance the company’s ability to proactively identify materials and product risks
• To analyze and improve the current workflow to implement and sustain an efficient quality management system
• To formulate materials and provide suggestions to products reliability testing plan to quality engineers starting from design to production
• To lead a team of quality engineers and IQC team to work on quality failure analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate quality defects
• To handle customer complaints and follow-up on the improvement including engineering changes

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
• 10 years’ experience in quality assurance in sizable electronics consumer product including toys, with at least 5 years at managerial level
• A good technical knowledge of electronic consumer product products including manufacturing process control
• Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and management skills
• Analytical and strong in problem solving
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is also required
• Frequent travel able to work in both HK office and mainland China factory
