Responsibilities:
- Optimize online store journey, maximize visitor’s engagement and their conversion rate
- Initiate and execute the innovative strategies, content creation, and engagement initiatives across various online and offline channels
- Creation of A+ content and external online assets (e-brochure, campaign page etc) for online sales channels include DTC site and e retailer platforms
- Assist on the generation of content story telling from brand prospective
- Collaborate with the web development team and digital agency to ensure the website is optimized for search engines, user experience and conversions
- Conduct market research for internal and external campaigns
- Support marketing team events and activities where required by the team leader
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, best practices and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, digital marketing or related disciplines
- English native speaker is a must
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong project management and organization skills so as to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Growth mindset, open-minded, multitasking and problem-solving approach
- Provision of portfolio for content creation on e-com platforms is recommended
- Knowledge of electronic products with product marketing experience is advantageous
