Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support in full spectrum of Human Resources functions;
- Perform data entry and other HR related logistics work;
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters;
- Schedule meetings and candidate interviews;
- Maintain confidentially and privacy on employee welfare and personnel matters;
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of HR functions;
- Assist in HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
- Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- 1-2 years of HR & administration related experience;
- Detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule, hardworking, good communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing);
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
